Dear Colleague,

We would like to invite you to the International Conference on Gastronomy, Food and Nutrition (ICGaFoN) which will take place at Amara Premier Palace Hotel on November 5-8, 2021 in Antalya, Turkey. in Antalya, Turkey. The conference is organized by the International Society for Research in Education and Science (ISRES).The ICGaFoN is an annual conference organized regularly. The ICGaFoN 2021 is organized by the ISRES Organization for the second time this year..

Presentations at the conference can be done online. Participants who prefer the online presentation must choose the virtual option during registration. After peer-reviewing process, all papers in English will be published in the Eurasia Proceedings of Health, Environment and Life Sciences (EPHELS) (www.ephels.net).In addition, high quality papers submitted to ICGAFON conference in full text are invited by the editors to the International Journal of Secondary Metabolite (IJSM) journal. IJSM has been indexed in SCOPUS and EBSCO indexes/databases.

The ICGaFoN 2021 participants can submit chapters to the books titled “Current Studies in Health and Life Sciences 2021” and “Current Studies in Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology 2021” published annually by ISRES Publishing. Journal and book publications are completely free for conference participants. Research articles are not accepted as book chapters. If conference participants wish to submit a book chapter, they should write about a theoretical topic in their field. After the annual books are published, they will be submitted to various databases (Scopus, web of science etc.) for indexing.

The aim of the conference is to bring together scholars, students, and administrators from different countries, and to discuss theoretical and practical issues in all fields of Gastronomy, Food and Nutrition . Your prospective, valuable contributions on this field will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and the ones approved to be presented will also be published in the Proceedings. We will be pleased to generate an atmosphere where you can share your expertise, experience, and resources with your colleagues.
